I've been slumping...what do I do?

I don't know why I just can't get the bat around as fast, and can't find a stance that feels comfortable and works for me.

Alec, sorry to hear about that...this is a point most ballplayers get to at one time or another. Ted Williams said hitting is 90% from the neck up, and that's why these slumps happen, they're mostly mental.
