Down and Through Is The Way to Go

Great website. I am a high school baseball coach in PA, teach the same hitting philosophy. My 16 yr old son has been training on the same down and
through method for five years with Mike Moore in Port St. Lucie Florida who was a minor league hitting coach for about ten years (actually worked with Miguel Cabrera on his swing in 2002 right before his break out season).
